HURIYYAH MUHAMMAD
PRODUCER
Through Infinite Wings Media, Huriyyah has been instrumental in bringing the power of storytelling to audiences, businesses, and entrepreneurs. As an independent feature film producer, she has led the production of multiple independent feature films from development to market, and most recently completed filming projects in Nairobi, Kenya and Madhya Pradesh, India. Her documentary, Bulbul: Song of the Nightingale is currently in post-production, while Soko Sonko, Swahili for Market King, continues to win awards. She will make her narrative directorial debut this winter with the sci-fi thriller Keloid.
Huriyyah holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science from Spelman College.

DIRECTOR
Ekwa received her BFA in Film/TV from Tisch School of the Arts and an MA in African Cinema from Gallatin School of Individualized Study, both at New York University.
Ekwa has directed several short films, most recently the short comedy film entitled Soko Sonko (The Market King) which was commissioned by Focus Features’ Africa First Program, and produced by Infinite Wings Media. After several exciting screenings, Ekwa’s suspense-‐thriller Taharuki (Suspense), a 12-minute prequel to her feature film in development, Eastlands, was picked up for distribution by Shorts International, Inc. and is currently in circulation in both North America and Europe.
RENEE JACKSON
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
For the past decade Renee has worked in a strategic and operational capacity of studio, reality and LIVE programming for Viacom Media Networks. In this age of new media with such a competitive landscape, this means making really compelling content and executing creative ways to grab viewer’s attention on multiple platforms. Renee has partnered with internal stakeholders to increase brand exposure, and maintained strategic relationships that create revenue and joint distribution opportunities. Some of her Credits include: The VMAs, The MTV Youth Inaugural Ball, True Life, CRIBS, Extreme CRIBS, State of the Union, Second Coming and Stolen Innocence.
Renee holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from NYU Stern Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
SNYDER DERIVAL
CINEMATOGRAPHER
Snyder is an award winning cinematographer. He shoots documentary, narrative, commercials, and music videos, specializing in capturing innovative and creative images with the latest camera and lighting technology. Best of all, he’s SUPER easy to work with – a delight to work with – an absolute pleasure.
He also owns a degree in film from Full Sail University and can work in four different languages (english, spanish, french and creole). So that’s something.
TOM CHAVES
PHOTOGRAPHER &
MASTER GAFFER
Tom’s formal introduction to visual storytelling began almost a decade ago. He holds a B.A. in film production, and has since worked alongside master cinematographers and photographers, sharpening his understanding of story-telling through the lens of a camera. Tom has since made a career by using his knowledge of the camera, lenses, & lighting, to deliver powerful and lasting images to all of his clients.
He is fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and basic French. His main passion is travel photography, lensing all of the different people and places that the world has to offer.
